Each coach on our team is professionally trained, continuously educated, and deeply committed to coaching people—not just leading workouts. We believe great coaching means meeting members where they are, prioritizing safe movement, and helping each individual progress at their own pace.

JUNE CHRISTIAN ALBA
Coach June is a CrossFit Level 1 Coach, HYROX Foundations–trained coach, and functional fitness coach with coaching experience since 2016. He prioritizes high-quality mechanics, progressive training, and long-term athletic development. Coach June is driven to help athletes train with purpose, improve performance, and show up consistently in a supportive, well-structured coaching environment.

JANN HEINRICH SUABERON
Coach Jann is a CrossFit Level 2 Coach, CrossFit Masters Coach, and CrossFit Nutrition Coach with coaching experience since 2021. He focuses on safe movement, smart progressions, and making fitness accessible without losing its challenge. Coach Jann is passionate about helping athletes build strength, confidence, and long-term consistency—whether they’re just starting out or training with performance goals.

CRIS de LOS SANTOS
Coach Cris is a CrossFit Level 1 Coach and a professional Physical Education teacher. He emphasizes precise body mechanics and efficient movement, helping athletes understand how to apply proper technique to generate power safely and effectively. Coach Cris is particularly passionate about teaching beginners and youth athletes, focusing on strong foundational skills and long-term movement development.

QUINN ELVIN SUELO
Coach Quinn is a HYROX Foundational Course–trained coach and a competitive athlete since 2014, with coaching experience since 2018. A former Head Coach of Storm Fitness Club – Megaworld Branch, he emphasizes strong habits built through attitude, willingness, and consistency. Coach Quinn is driven to help athletes train smarter, stay consistent, and develop fitness that carries over beyond the gym.

GEICA FLORES
Coach Geica is a HYROX Foundational Course–trained coach with coaching experience since 2018. She emphasizes safe movement, strong strength foundations, and consistent training, with a particular focus on conditioning, Olympic Weightlifting, and supporting beginners. Coach Geica is passionate about helping athletes build confidence, move better, and feel comfortable in a supportive, well-coached gym environment.

IRENE MARIE BIONAT
Coach Irene is a HYROX Foundational Course–trained coach,and has been coaching since 2025. She is a competitive athlete since 2016. She specializes in bodyweight training and enjoys teaching beginners and anyone eager to learn. Her coaching philosophy focuses on technique before intensity, helping athletes build a strong and safe foundation.

VINCENT AL PENDON
Coach Val is a HYROX Foundational Course–trained coach with a background as a former Police Force instructor. He brings discipline, structure, and a strong passion for fitness into every class. Coach Val is committed to showing athletes that age is never a barrier to fitness and wellness, inspiring others to train consistently, move well, and stay strong at any stage of life.
